John Rowe, CEO and Chairman of the Board

Mr. Rowe is the main shareholder of SYCAP Group (69 %) and the former owner of London Capital Group (listed on AIM in the UK and offering Spread Betting through the brand Capital Spreads (www.capitalspreads.com).

Mr. Rowe was one of the founders of SYCAP Group in 2006 and took the role as CEO during July 2007. Mr. Rowe began his career in trading on the floor of the London Financial Futures Exchange and has been a profitable trader for over 20 years. Mr. Rowe has educated successful traders for over 15 years and was one of the first to start a purely electronic trading room in London.

Mr. Rowe was the Co-Owner of the Curvalue Group in 1998 - 2000 which was later sold to the Dutch group Van Der Moolen (listed on the New York Stock Exchange) for more than 50 million Euro.

Mr. Rowe was the sole owner of London Capital Group until 2006 which was then sold to management and floated on the London Stock Exchange for 60 million US Dollars. Up until this time Mr. Rowe was the owner of Capital Spreads, a unique Spread Betting company which he founded.

Mr. Rowe has trained and financed the principals of at least 5 trading groups in London of which MAC Futures was sold for 50 million US Dollars.

Stefan Willebrand, COO

Mr. Willebrand is the second main shareholder of SYCAP Group (29 %) and the designer of the PRIME Platform™. Mr. Willebrand has extensive knowledge as a trader, money manager and entrepreneur.

Mr. Willebrand was one of the founders of SYCAP Group in 2006. Mr. Willebrand started SYCAP AB in 1998 and registered the company as a Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA) in the US during 2001 in order to manage money on the futures and currency markets around the world. In the CTA he managed a portfolio of over 120 million SEK.

In 2006 Mr. Willebrand together with his colleague John Rowe founded SYCAP Group AB in order to continue to build on the technology they had created for trading in the financial markets.

Today Mr. Willebrand runs the day to day operations while being responsible for developing the business, products and software as the Chief Operating Officer.

Edward Drake, Managing Director of Gekko Global Markets Ltd

Mr. Drake has 10 years of experience in the Spread Betting and CFD industry. Mr. Drake began as an options and FX dealer with IG Index before moving onto Cantor Index where he was responsible for the options and financial fixed odds trading operation.

Leo Deng, Head of Marketing of Gekko Global Markets Ltd

Mr. Deng has 5 years of experience in the Spread Betting and CFD industry. Leo joined from IG Group Plc (the largest CFD and Spread Betting company in the world) where he was responsible for the company's successful business expansion into Italy, France, Spain, Germany, Holland, Sweden, Japan and China.

Jordan Hiscott, Senior Trader of Gekko Global Markets Ltd

Mr. Hiscott has over 12 years experience in the financial markets. He started out his career on the LIFFE floor as a runner and then as a fully qualified pit trader, progressing onto screen trading.

Katherine Alden, Head of Customer Services of Gekko Global Markets Ltd

Ms. Alden has over 10 years of experience in the Spread Betting and CFD industry. Ms. Alden joined IG Index's customer services & credit desk as a graduate in 1998. In 2000 she joined Cantor Index, and during the following 8 years she was responsible for customer services and trade support functions.
