VDM Global Market Ltd. ("VDM") is a joint venture between
SYCAP Group AB and the Dutch company Van der Moolen Holding N.V.
VDM provides trading solutions for CFD (Contracts for Differences),
Spread Betting and Forex products.
VDM launched its first campaign in January 2009 in the UK primarily
through advertisements on Bloomberg Television. As a result, the
number of transactions during January-February increased by
approximately 50 % compared to November-December 2008. Bloomberg
Television is at the moment broadcasting a commercial with a
special offer: 50 % off on the top UK and US shares. The spread is
